We are a collaborative group of community organizations, medical and behavioral health practitioners, local government, law enforcement, housing agencies, workforce development, harm reduction, treatment/recovery providers, education, people in recovery and individual citizens alike. We provide an engaging space for these partners to work together to identify needs in the community and implement solutions.

Community Outreach Specialists (COS)
Our Community Outreach Specialists meet people where they are to provide immediate, compassionate support. We build trusted connections so individuals know exactly where to turn when they are ready for help.

Thrive
Thrive sends out field teams consisting of Medical and Behavioral Health Specialists to provide outreach to those who have recently experienced an overdose and/or are at higher risk of overdose and other substance use related harms.
If you or someone you know is interested in these services, please fill out the brief form and outreach teams will follow up within 2-5 business days. All referrals are fully confidential, and do not involve law enforcement. Please note this is NOT emergency response. If someone is at immediate risk, please call 911 or The Brien Center Crisis Line (800-252-0227). The Crisis Line provides local 24/7 confidential support, prevention & resources for people in distress.

NBCC
Northern Berkshire Community Coalition
Substance Use Prevention – We engage and educate the community to help prevent underage use of alcohol, marijuana, and illegal drugs.
SPARK
Supporting Positive Actions for Resilience & Knowledge. We work to prevent and reduce substance misuse and promote positive mental health among Central Berkshire middle and high school-aged youth.
RSYP
Railroad Street Youth Project South Berkshire Community Health Coalition (SBCHC) – Together our goal is to find ways for existing organizations to improve their capacity to reduce substance use and misuse.
